ProStriker is made by two people and a lot of evenings. Write to us — we read everything and we answer, usually within two working days.

It is worth writing about:

a bug — what happened, on what device and browser, and if you can, the room code from the match; that is enough for us to find the game in the server log,
an account or ranking problem — attach the player identifier from the profile screen, otherwise we cannot tell which entries are yours,
a payment — the e-mail address you used at checkout,
your data — access, correction, deletion; see the Privacy Policy,
an idea — a rule, a game mode, a language. Several things in the game came from such messages.

The company is also the controller of personal data processed in connection with the Game — see the Privacy Policy.

3. Complaints and disputes

Complaints go to the same address, seweryntchorzewski@gmail.com. We reply within 14 days. If our answer does not satisfy you, as a consumer you may use out-of-court dispute resolution — for example the Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection or the municipal consumer ombudsman in your area.
