This document explains what data the ProStriker game (“the Game”) collects,
why, and what rights you have. It covers the website prostriker.online,
the browser version of the Game and the Android application.

You can play without giving us anything. Your nickname, flag,
settings, game history and statistics are stored on your device (localStorage)
and are not sent to us. Clearing browser data or uninstalling the app erases them permanently —
we cannot restore them.
Your device generates a random identifier (UUID) that distinguishes you from other players. It is not linked to your identity and we cannot use it to find out who you are.
Online matches run through our server, which necessarily receives:
We store finished online matches (result, duration, number of moves, timestamp) and compute a ranking from them. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing a working, fair multiplayer game (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
IP addresses are stored for a maximum of 90 days and then permanently removed from the match history. We keep them only to detect cheating — mainly one person playing against themselves from two devices to inflate their ranking.
If you choose to sign in with a Google account, we additionally receive your e-mail address, your Google user identifier and your profile name. We use them solely to keep your account across devices and to attribute ranking results to you. The legal basis is performance of the service you requested (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
You can play the entire game without signing in. Signing in is required only for the global ranking.
The Android application shows ads served by Google AdMob. In doing so Google may process your advertising identifier, IP address, device model, operating system version, language, approximate location derived from the IP address, and your interactions with ads. Google acts as an independent controller for this processing. See Google’s privacy policy and the AdMob description.
Users in the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked on first launch whether they agree to personalised ads. You can change that choice at any time via Privacy settings in the game.
The website
prostriker.online shows ads served by Google AdSense on its content
pages. To do so Google and its partners set cookies in your browser and read
data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit on this site.
Google acts as an independent controller for that processing. See
how Google uses cookies in advertising and the
list of ad technology providers.
If you are in the EEA, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, a consent banner appears before any advertising cookie is set, and you decide what you agree to. You can reopen it and change your answer at any time through the Privacy settings link in the page footer. If you refuse, the site still works — ads are simply non-personalised.
We run no analytics and no tracking of our own. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel and no third-party statistics tool on this site.
Apart from advertising, the Game stores a few entries in your browser's
localStorage. These are not cookies, they are never sent to our server, and
they exist only to make the Game usable:
pilkarzyki.profile — nickname, flag and your random player identifier,pilkarzyki.history, pilkarzyki.score — your match history and statistics,pilkarzyki.lang, prostriker:theme — chosen language and light/dark theme,prostriker.session — your sign-in token, only if you sign in with Google.Clearing your browser data removes all of them, together with the statistics they hold.
We do not sell your data and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing. Data is processed by: our hosting provider (servers in Germany), Google (advertising and, if you use it, sign-in). Google may transfer data outside the European Economic Area under the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
You may request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction
of processing, portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest.

profile screen, otherwise we cannot tell which records are yours.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).
The Game is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. Ads may be served in a restricted mode for minors in line with Google’s policies.
The application requests only internet access (online play and ads) and vibration (haptic feedback). It does not use the camera, microphone, contacts or GPS location.
The current version is always published at this address. If anything material changes, we update the date in the header. Continuing to use the Game after a change means you accept the updated policy.
