These terms govern the use of the ProStriker game, available at
prostriker.online and as an Android application. The provider is

ProStriker is a free game of paper football. You may play against a computer opponent, against another person on the same screen, or online against another player. The Game requires no account; signing in with Google is optional and only needed for the global ranking.
You may not use programs that play for you, exploit software faults to gain an advantage, or manipulate the ranking — in particular by playing against your own second account. Matches where both players appear to come from the same network are recorded but do not affect the ranking.
If we detect manipulation, we may reset the ranking result, exclude an account from the ranking or block access. If you believe a decision was wrong, write to us — we will look at it.
The current ranking season is a test season and will be reset in full before the official launch. Positions achieved now grant no rights or rewards.
Rating is computed from finished online matches using a published formula. We may change the formula; we will announce material changes in advance.
Choose a nickname that is not offensive, does not impersonate another person or organisation, and does not infringe anyone’s rights. We may change or remove a nickname that breaks this rule.
The Game is free. Advertising is shown in the Android application and on the content pages of this website. There is also an optional paid premium account, described below.
Paid features never affect gameplay, the ranking, or the strength of the computer opponent. Premium removes advertising and supports the project — nothing more.
Price. Premium costs 2.99 EUR per month. The price shown includes VAT and is the same across the whole European Union.
Renewal. The subscription renews automatically every month until you cancel it. Each renewal is charged to the payment method you gave at purchase.
Cancellation. You can cancel at any time, free of charge, from your player profile in the Game. Cancelling stops the next renewal; premium stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. We never shorten a period you paid for.
Price changes. If we change the price, we will tell you by e-mail before the change takes effect, and you may cancel before it applies.
Payments are handled by Stripe. Card details never reach our servers.
As a consumer you have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason.
Premium starts working immediately after payment, which is only possible because you expressly ask for it: before paying you tick a box confirming that you want the service to begin at once, without waiting out the 14-day period, and that you understand the right of withdrawal expires once the service has been fully performed.
If you withdraw during the first 14 days, you pay only for the part of the period
you have actually used, and we refund the rest. Write to seweryntchorzewski@gmail.com — a plain
message is enough, no form required.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
If premium does not work, was charged twice, or anything else
goes wrong with a payment, write to seweryntchorzewski@gmail.com. Say what happened and give the
e-mail address used at purchase. We reply within 14 days.
If our answer does not satisfy you, you may use out-of-court dispute resolution — for example through the Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection, or the EU online dispute resolution platform.
We provide the Game as it is and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify or discontinue it, including the online server. Data stored only on your device is not backed up by us.
We are liable on the terms set out in generally applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits the rights of a consumer under mandatory provisions of law, including the right to withdraw from a distance contract and the right to complain about non-conformity.
We may change these terms, for instance when the Game gains new features. The current version is always published at this address, with the date of the last change in the header.
These terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes with
consumers are subject to the courts having jurisdiction under generally applicable law; a
consumer may also use out-of-court dispute resolution. Before going to court, please write to
